Rowan will chat through your ideas and plans. If you’re working on structural changes you’ll need architectural and engineering plans for an accurate quote. For smaller renovations within an existing structure, we can devise a functional plan together. After an initial phone call and chat about the scope of your project, Rowan will arrange a site visit with you to understand your needs completely.

We’ll put together a formal quote for your approval. We develop bespoke solutions that work for you and your quote is tailored to reflect that. Once everything’s signed off and approved by you, we’ll get straight to work.

We manage the end-to-end project management of your build, with our trusted, team. You’ll see the same faces regularly and you’ll know us personally during the build process, Rowan will be your main contact onsite and Sarah will be available over the phone for any questions you may have.
